National General Theatres Valley Circle Theater, part of the Mission Valley West strip center, opened December 23, 1966. Presumably, in the event of a flood, only the parking garage would be flooded, with the retail level untouched. Due to its location in the floodplain of the San Diego River, the mall was designed with the stores on the level above the parking garage.

I ordered the Mar y tierra (Steak & Shrimp) dish with mixed rice and maduros. She ordered a steak salad which was cooked perfectly. We started with the guacamole with fried plantain strips. we started with a delicious strawberry water and mojito that we mixed with our byob vodka. The service was so friendly and the restaurant is so intimate, Me and my fiancé felt so at home.
This place was great! The food was delicious. Flag as inappropriate So me and my fiancé reserved this restaurant for a wedding party and wanted to check it out before we actually reserved.
